Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately. We will only issue a refund on temperature-sensitive products if the package arrived warm, above 8 degrees Celsius; your package arrived damaged (photos required); we misrepresented the product packaging to you when you placed your order; or you prove that the product was inactive when you initially used it.
If any of these are the case, you should keep the product refrigerated and all packing labels and slips until we give you further instructions. If after contacting us we decide you are eligible for a refund, you can choose to either receive a replacement product, credit or a full refund. All refunds or replacements are at the discretion of Health Supplies Plus and we do not guarantee we will accept issue a refund in all circumstances.
Please note that any product defects/issues must be reported within 6 months from the date of purchase in order to receive a replacement or refund. We will not replace or refund any items with issues that are brought to our attention after this period ends.
We ship using express courier labeled in our checkout process as “General Shipping” and delivery time is normally within 7-21 days although it may vary depending on your location. To find out more information about your shipping time or other details, contact our customer service team.
Shipping is free for all orders over $250 USD. If you spend less than $250, there will be a $50 shipping charge. Depending on your region, some exceptions may apply. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team.
