Product Information
What is RESTYLANE® LYFT (without Lidocaine)?
RESTYLANE® LYFT (formerly known as Perlane®) is a sterile, injectable gel consisting of non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid (HA), manufactured by Galderma using the robust NASHA® (Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid) technology. This technology produces a firmer gel with larger particle sizes and a high G’ (elastic modulus), providing significant lift capacity and structural support. **This specific formulation does not contain lidocaine.**
It contains 20mg/mL of stabilized hyaluronic acid and is indicated for deep implantation into the subcutaneous tissue to supraperiosteal plane for cheek augmentation and correction of age-related midface contour deficiencies in patients over the age of 21. It is also indicated for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds, and for injection into the dorsal hand to correct volume deficit.
Storage: RESTYLANE® LYFT should be stored up to 25°C (77°F). Do not freeze. Protect from light.
Authenticity: Health Supplies Plus guarantees that all RESTYLANE® products are authentic and handled according to manufacturer specifications.
How does RESTYLANE® LYFT (without Lidocaine) work?
RESTYLANE® LYFT leverages the NASHA® technology to create a firm HA gel designed specifically for providing substantial lift and volume in deeper tissue planes. Its high G’ allows it to resist deformation under pressure, making it highly effective for augmenting structures like the cheeks or correcting deep facial folds where significant support is needed.
When injected deep into the subcutaneous tissue or onto the periosteum, RESTYLANE® LYFT physically lifts the overlying tissues, restoring lost volume and enhancing facial or hand contours. It effectively corrects deep wrinkles and folds like nasolabial folds by providing robust underlying support.
Treatment results are visible immediately. The duration of effect for RESTYLANE® LYFT typically lasts around 6 to 12 months for wrinkles and folds, and potentially longer (up to 12 months or more) for cheek augmentation, although individual results vary. As this formulation does not contain lidocaine, appropriate anesthesia (e.g., topical, nerve block) is typically required for patient comfort.

- Vascular Occlusion (VO): Accidental injection into a blood vessel can obstruct blood flow, potentially leading to tissue necrosis (tissue death), scarring, or (in rare cases involving facial arteries) blindness or stroke. Knowledge of deep facial anatomy is critical.
- Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) to HA
- Inflammation, infection, or abscess formation

- Granuloma or persistent nodule formation
- Migration of filler
- Prolonged pain or numbness
